TERMS OF SERVICE

  • You must be 18 years of age or older to commission me, purchase my adoptables, or participate in design auctions.

  • Refunds are not possible either before or after starting your sketch. Upon payment, I agree to complete your commission within the estimated timeframe stated above.

  • I reserve the right to update my terms of service at my discretion. (This will be notified)

  • I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission or design purchase, apply additional charges for the complexity or specificity of a commission, and showcase commissions and designs in my portfolios and social media galleries.

  • No artwork or media created by me, creepysluuv, may be used in any blockchain-related technologies, including minting or selling as NFTs (non-fungible tokens), cryptocurrency, or any future inventions within this field, whether by a commissioner, recipient of the artwork, or a third party.

  • I reserve the right to publish the commission, unless you specify that you do not want it to be published (this may incur an additional cost depending on whether it is for commercial or personal use).

PAYMENT

  1. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders

  2. On orders above $150 customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid on approval of the initial sketch, or additional payment plans can be discussed.

  3. Customer accepts that work on the Product will not commence until payment has been received by Seller according to the above schedule.

  4. If you have already requested a commission, the refund is not possible.

PRODUCT DELIVERY

6. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to the email and or Toyhouse address provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.7. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer loses their files.8. If any changes are requested by the client after the piece has started coloring stage or finished and delivered, these are extra and must be paid.
